Bushmills Black Bush
Blended Irish whiskey. Aged in mainly sherry casks. A deep amber tone, dried fruit aromas, and intense character.
Bushmills Irish Honey
On the nose you pick up red ripe apples and sweet cereal, building into honey notes. On the taste is an initial honey sweetness supported by apple and pears before delivering marshmallows and dusky lavender.
Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt
Aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks. Sweet start with gentle fruit. Long finish with hints of toee and spice.
Bushmills 16 Year Single Malt
Aged for a minimum of 16 years in bourbon and sherry casks, finished in port wine barrels. Distinct malt, with a fullness of depth and flavor rarely found.
Bushmills 21 Year Single Malt
Only a very limited number of bottles are available each year. It is matured in three dierent types of casks. The whiskey is first aged in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for 19 years or more.
A light honey and butterscotch spirit. The finish is short, with a toee-like dessert quality, but not overwhelmingly sweet.

Jameson Gold Reserve
A unique blend of three whiskeys. One of the whiskeys has been matured in a bourbon cask, one has been matured in a sherry cask and one has been matured in a brand new oak wood barrel. The flavors you get with Jameson Gold Reserve are more honey, creamy, slightly sweeter flavors.
Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve
This was created by the four masters of the Jameson distillery and contains some of Jameson’s oldest and rarest whiskeys. The unique factors are that it is 92% proof, it’s bottled without the use of chilled filtration, and it is partially matured in port casks.
Jameson 12 Year Limited Reserve
It is aged a minimum of 12 years in both sherry and bourbon casks. On the nose you pick up more spicy and warm flavors. On the taste you get more sherry richness, nutty flavors, and also some mild woody undertones.
Jameson 18 Year Limited Reserve
It is aged for 18 years primarily in sherry casks, and it is then swithced to first-fill bourbon casks for a final 18 months to three years. On the nose of Jameson 18 you pick up wood, spice, and toee.
John L. Sullivan
Small batch blend of single grain and single malt whiskeys, aged 4-10 years in single-use barrels bourbon barrels.
Knappogue Castle 12 Year
Made with pure Irish spring water and malted barley. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills and then carefully aged in oak casks.

A rich round and robust handcrafted small batch single pot still Irish whiskey matured in oak barrels for up to 7 years.
A combination of malted barley, double distilled in pot stills and column distilled maize whiskeys. Aged for a minimum of 4 years to over 12 years in small oak casks. The blend has an aroma of honey, citrus, and malt notes while the taste is clean, honey sweet with a fresh oak finish.
Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey
Ireland’s most exclusive and treasured whiskey. Individually numbered and signed by the Master Distiller. Triple distilled, matured in bourbon-seasoned oak from 12-25 years.
Redbreast 12 Year
Redbreast is a very special single unblended whiskey. It’s the only pure pot-still Irish whiskey. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of old Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and fresh American bourbon whiskey barrels.
Redbreast 12 Year Cask Strength
2012 Irish Whiskey of the Year – Notes of honey, toee, oak, medium tannins, cinnamon, nutmeg, woody vanilla, juicy raisins, and plums. Strength of 58.6%.
Redbreast 15 Year Cask Strength
Redbreast is distinct from Redbreast 12 year old in that it is bottled at a strength of 46% and is not chill filtered. Redbreast has notes of sherry with a spicy and fruity taste all the way through.
Paddy Old Irish Whiskey
